1.Q: Why can’t I register my foxwell scanner?
A: First, please make sure the serial number and registered password are correct. Please pay special attention to letter “O” and number “0” and letter “I” and number “1” also. Even though there is a serial number on the back label, please always use the one you found by selecting “Setup” -> “About”.
Second, if the serial number and password are proved to be right and you still fail to register, please contact your distributor for assistance.
2.Q: What should I do if it shows “Serial number is already registered” while registering?
A: Your local dealer may have registered the scanner for you to install the latest updates before sending it to you. Please contact your local dealer to get the user ID and password. Or you may send the product serial number and password to firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief explanation of the problem you have.
3.Q: What should I do if it shows “The serial number does not exist” when registering the product?
A: Please make sure you have selected the right Part number. If your scanner is NT650 and you are in Australia, please select NT650AU other than NT650. If the registration still fails with the right part number, please send the product serial number and password, which can be found by booting up the scanner, selecting “Setup” and then “About”, to the dealer or email@example.com with a brief explanation of the problem you may have.
4.Q: Why can’t I check the serial number and password of nt650?
A: To check the serial number and password of Foxwell NT650, please select “About” on the NT650 main menu. Please make sure the device is powered the AC/DC power supply or the vehicle through the “Data Link Cnnector”. Otherwise you will not see the serial number and password of your scanner.
5.Q: I have created a user ID but why I haven’t got the e-mail to activate my account ?
A: The verification email is sent automatically. If you have not received the email, please check your spam box first. If you still have the problem, please contact your dealer to activate your account.

A: In case you forget your Foxwell ID, please do not hesitate to contact your local dealer or firstname.lastname@example.org to tell your product serial number associated with this ID.
2.Q: How to retrieve my password?
A: To find your password, please follow steps below:
Step 1: If you forget your register ID or password, just click “Sign in” at the top right of the website, then click “Forgot your user ID and/or password”. You will be required to either input the serial number & register password or your registered email address. Then the system will send a validation message to your registered email address.
Step 2: Please log in your email to verify the message.
Step 3: Click the link in the email and go to the Reset Password page. Input your new password and submit it. Now you are able to log in with your ID and the new password.
