Both KT200/KTM200 and PCMTuner Magic Car Tool support ECU data reading on Mitsubishi Outlander E6T70484. The difference is the operation mode. KT200 is in Tool Boot while PCMTuner is via OBD.

1.With KT200 in Tool Boot mode
Run KT200 software
Select Driver
Select TOOL BOOT>> TOOLS BOOT MODE>> MITSUBISHI BOOT>> E6T70xxx Mitsubishi MH8102F
Click INFO to check the pinout diagram
Connect KT200 and ECU by pinout line, and connect to computer by USB cable
Turn on KT200 pinout line button
In the select driver interface, click OK to enter data operation page
Get ID
Then read file
Input a new filename to save the original data
Read ECU data successfully
Turn off the dashboard
2.With PCMTuner + Godiag GT105 with Full Protocol OBD2 Jumper via OBD
Pinout diagram:
Connect Godiag GT105 and Full Protocol OBD2 Jumper, and connect to ECU
Connect GT105 and PCMTuner
Also connect supply power
Run PCMTuner software and open PCMflash v1.2.0
Choose Module 24: [24] Mitsubishi: MH Generic Read-Only
Read Successfully
The difference between KT200 and PCMTuner:
KT200 does not require activation, install software and ready to use. pcmtuner does require activation.
KT200 must work online. PCMtuner works offline and VR need online
KT200 is available with 10 optional languages, free to change language in software.
PCMTUNER flash supports English and Russian only.
KT200 is based on Geniune fgtech. Fgtech is the best for old cars, for newer you must do in bench or boot, no OBD. No OBD for sid208, no OBD for BMW Fxx, no OBD for new Nissan/Renault SID309/310 edc17c84.
But in one tool you have OBD, BDM, JTAG, Boot and Bench mode. But for BDM you must use their adapter. It has edc16/med9/edc7 bench mode, and work very well.
Pcmtuner is based on pcmflash software, it works pretty good on bench mode, boot and OBD. It has tuner account, free VR files and damaos for users.
KT200 supports more ECUs and TCUs, more protocols inside and has JTAG and BDM. But it doesn’t have tuner account, tuning service and wiring diagrams.
KT200 can do much more TCUs than PCMtuner, such as VOLVO MPS6, VAG DQ400E/SQ100, Jeep 9h28 TCUs.
