I’m not in US, but I received the NASTF authorization purchasing prompt on my Launch X431 IMMO Plus. I downloaded APP and reset 5 times, but nothing changed.

For non-American users, find the old installation apk package in the file management and install it.
Try to do as follows:
- Power on the device
- Navigate to the Home Screen, and look for the “Files” app/icon.
This is usually labeled as “File Management”, “File Explorer”, or simply “Files”.
- Tap on Filesand find the old installation package to install again
