What You’ll Need
- A TopScan diagnostic device(TopScan Pro)
- Mobile support: Android 7.0 or above/iOS 10.0 or above
- TopGuru APP(Requires iOS 10.0 or later); TopScan APP (Requires Android 7.0 or later)
- AutoAuth account credentials
- Stable vehicle connection (via VCI or compatible interface)
- FCA vehicle software installed on your TopScan device
Step-by-Step Guide to Unlock FCA US SGW
Step 1: Enter Diagnostics Mode
Launch TopScan and click the “Diagnostics” button to access the main vehicle selection menu.
Step 2: Download FCA Vehicle Software
From the vehicle list, locate and download the FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) software package.
✅ Note: If the software is already installed, you can skip this step.
Step 3: Select Vehicle Entry Mode
Open the FCA software and choose between “Automatic” or “Manual” vehicle identification.

Selecting “No” will require an additional FCA 12+8 cable to bypass the gateway—a more complex and hardware-dependent method.
Step 7: Enter AutoAuth Credentials
After selecting “Yes”, enter your AutoAuth account username and password, then click “Confirm”. This step authorizes TopScan to communicate securely with the SGW.
Step 8: Begin Diagnostics
