How to Activate Magic Motorsport Flex ECU Programmer?
Activating your Flex tool is a simple process. Follow these steps to get started:

1.Create or Log Into Your Helpdesk Account
After purchasing your Flex, visit the Helpdesk platform. If you already have an account (e.g., from the Magic Motorsport Shop), use your existing credentials. Otherwise, create a new account.
2.Activate Your Product
Navigate to the “Product Activation” section and click on “Activate new product.” Enter the serial number of your Flex device.
Fill the form as follows:
- Invoice number
- Flexserial number
- Flexbox serial number
- SW number
Important Security Note
For security reasons, you have a maximum of 3 attempts to enter your serial number correctly. If all attempts are used unsuccessfully, your Helpdesk account will be temporarily blocked. This measure helps protect our systems from unauthorized access and ensures a safe experience for all users.
3.Select Your License Type
If you have a Master license, your device will be activated immediately.
If you have a Slave license, you’ll need to provide your Master’s details (their email address or Flex serial number).
4.Start Using Flex
Once activated, you’re ready to go! Flex is designed to be user-friendly. Simply select the vehicle you want to work on, choose the appropriate protocol, and begin with the connection mode that suits your needs.
