Dear Alientech Kess V3 Users,
We’d like to share an important update about Kess3 software subscriptions:
Starting March 27, 2026, KESS3 subscriptions will move to a new model. All subscriptions will run for 12 months, and only the following three types will be available.
PART I. Software Subscription Renewal Cost (Master/Slave)
Master Version
- Early Renewal → €990
- Normal Renewal → €1,190
- Reactivation (not renewed for over 12 months) → €1,390
Slave Version
- Early Renewal → €490
- Normal Renewal → €590
- Reactivation (not renewed for over 12 months) → €690
No other types will exist—all subscription cases fall under one of the three above.
PART II. Operation Instruction
1.Early Renewal
Condition: Your Alientech Kess3 current subscription is still active (renew before expiration)
Method: The new 12-month term begins from the original expiration date
Benefit: No loss of usage days, and this option offers the lowest price.
2.Normal Renewal
Condition: Your Kess V3 subscription has expired, but not more than 12 months have passed.
Method: The new 12-month term begins on the actual date of renewal.
Benefit: Any gap between expiry and renewal will be automatically aligned by the system.
No additional payment is required.
3.Reactivation
Condition: Your Kess3 subscription has been inactive for more than 12 months.
Method: The new 12-month term begins on the date of reactivation.
Note: This option costs the most. To avoid this, it’s best to keep your subscription active without interruption.
