One customer gave feedback that he had downloaded SVCI 2020 newest software V11.0. But the V38.1 didn’t work when he selected OPEL/VAUXHALL car make and the corresponding car model. It prompted “Selected function is not activated in the purchased version!…” and “Cannot find ‘LIBEAY32.dll’. Please reinstall this application” as follows.
The reason is that SVCI2020 only updates Audi& VW software in the newest software, OPEL software is not included.

Connect SVCI 2020 diagnostic tool to computer
Make sure the network is connected and supply the power in the whole upgrade process!
Open SVCI 2020 Quick Start Software
Click on SVCI2020 ABRITES Commander icon
Connected to device successfully
After download the firmware successfully, click “Update firmware”
Select the upgrade files to download in sequence until the upgrade is done.
