Recently, some customers gave feedback that there was something wrong with the XTOOL X100 Pro2 auto key programmer after updating.
Customer 1: I follow the upgrade guide to update my X100 pro2, but it stops working and always stays on this page. I try to uninstall and download again, and the device appears white screen.
Customer 2: I want to use x100 pro2 to correct odometer for my Mercedes benz cla 45 2015. I have updated it to the newest software. I connect x100 pro2 to the obd2 port of my car by the OBD2-16 red connector, and press dashboard-> America, it starts to load the data, but for a while, it turns to white screen.
Customer 3: I update x100 pro2 by the upgrade tool downloaded from the official website. After that, I connect it with my 3 cars, and select dashboard option, even with the OBD option, it cannot perform any function and appears white screen with only red bar at the top of the screen. It also prompts “Access to the path… is denied” when login upgrade tool is shown as the picture below.

The same error above is that XTOOL X100 Pro2 appears white screen after updating.
Please follow the method below to make it get back to normal.
Step 1: Connect PRO2 to a Windows PC, find the memory card, and format it.
Step 2: Log in the upgrade tool and click upgrade
Very important!!!
1.During the upgrade, please do not operate any key of X100 Pro2 key programmer or disconnect the USB cable.
2.After the upgrade prompt is successful, unplug the USB cable and reconnect it.
