Alientech KESS3 ECU programmer now adds support for BOOT Unlock and BENCH operations on Bosch MD1CS089 locked ECUs, helping workshops work with a wider range of modern agricultural tractors and pick-ups.
The update covers Bosch MD1CS089 ECUs installed in medium-power tractors, orchard tractors, and pick-ups produced from 2020 onward. Using KESS3 Unlock Module, technicians can unlock protected ECUs and gain access to read and write functions.
Once the initial BOOT Unlock procedure is completed, the ECU can be accessed in BENCH mode directly through the connector, eliminating the need to reopen the control unit for future operations.
