Flex software V8.27.0.0 supports Korhex unlocking for selected VAG Group Bosch MD1 and MG1 ECUs equipped with TC298 or TC299 processors. Once unlocked, the ECU can be read and written directly in Bench mode using the new Flex protocol.
Korhex offers an alternative to the existing VFI (Voltage Fault Injection) support. Its procedure reduces intervention time and does not require direct work on the PCB.
