By working together with Autel IM508/IM508S, Lonsdor K518ISE/K518S key programmer etc, Godiag BMW CAS4 / CAS4+ Test Platform can program BMW new key when all keys lost, add new key and replace CAS4 / CAS4+ ECU module.
1.Lonsdor K518ISE/K518S+ Godiag CAS4 Test Platform Add CAS4 New Key
Connect Londsdor K518, Godiag CAS4 Test Platform and CAS4/CAS4+ module correctly, and supply power to Godiag Test Platform.
Select IMMO& Remote>> BMW>> Select from type>> CAS4/CAS4+>> Method 2 (OBD)
Step 1: Read key data
Check if the current vehicle needs to do pre-processing, and continue
Turn the igniiton on
Recognize the key info successfully
Select one blank key ID to generate key
It shows no need to pre-process the vehicle.
Step 2: Make dealer key
Return to the main menu, tap [Make dealer key]
Just pay attention to the prompt, and continue
Turn on the ignition
Select one blank key ID (i.e. key2) to generate
Tap [IMMO coil generation]
Select “Have original key”
Put a working key close to induction coil of Godiag CAS4/CAS4+ Test Platform
Identify the key info successfully
Step 3: Generate key with Autel KM100
Use Autel MaxiIM KM100E to generate the blank key with key frequency 315Hz and then read the key status, the key is not locked.
Put the key generated into the induction coil of Godiag CAS4/CAS4+ Test Platform
Generate the dealer key and lock the key successfully
Press the ignition switch of Godiag CAS4 CAS4+ Test Platform to identify
The key can light up the analog dashboard light, and it means the key is generated successfully.
Finally, use Autel KM100E to identify the key generated, now the key status is locked.
2.Autel IM508S +Godiag CAS4 Test Platform Add CAS4 All Keys Lost
Connect IM508, Godiag BMW CAS4 Test Platform, CAS4/CAS4+ module correctly, and supply power to Godiag CAS4 Test Platform.
Step 1: OBD read SK (Security key) by Godiag CAS4 Test Platform and Autel IM508
Select IMMO>> accept the disclaimer>> BMW>> System selection>> Immobilizer>> CAS/CAS4+ Immobilizer>> Key operation>> Key learning>> Learning via OBD
Read the operation guide carefully and continue
Select one unused key position (i.e. key8) and tap “OBD Read SK”
There is a small risk of data loss when performing this function.
It requires network (Wifi) connection during the process.
Confirm there is a working key or not, click “No”
Read password successfully
Input the 32-digit DME ISN read by other devices, and confirm the ISN entered is correct.
Step 2: Generate universal key with Autel KM100
Use Autel MaxiIM KM100E to generate the blank key
After generation, read the key info, the key is not locked.
Step 3: Write key with Godiag CAS4 Test Platform and Autel IM508II
Return to the previous interface, and tap “Write key”
Place the new key (frequency is 315M) to close to the start induction coil
Write key successfully
Press the ignition switch of Godiag CAS4 CAS4+ Test Platform
The key can light up the analog dashboard light, and it means the key is generated successfully.
Finally, use Autel MaxiIM KM100 to read the BMW key generated, now the key status is locked.
