Recently, some customers gave feedback that CGDI device (CGDI MB, CG100/CG100X, CG FC-200…) had subscription update problem. They purchased the update service, but the software prompted “Software is unauthorized and cannot be used…”.
Here is the solution:
The main cause is that CG server has some issues.
It can be solved with the following operation.
Click the icon at the upper corner of software main page (see the image below)
Select Server Connection>> Mainland China
Restart the software, it should be fine.
If the software subscription expires, order the related subscription.
