Here shares the solution to fix VXDIAG diagnostic tool No Device Detected problem on VX MANAGER. It applies to VXDIAG VCX SE series, VCX NANO series and VXDIAG Multi Tool series.
Problem:
VX Manager cannot find VXDIAG device after connecting VCI with laptop via USB. But the computer can detect the VCI. Have checked the network and device IP, the network card has been connected to the device, and the device IP is also correct (192.168.8.* **).
Solution:
Method 1: Go to Configure, and change the device connection method from USB to USB LAN. Save and restart VX Manager, it should be ok.
Method 2: If the device is still not found after connecting via USB LAN, open the computer device management to check if the Device NIC driver is normal. If it is abnormal (i.e has an Exclamation mark), please uninstall the network card and refresh it in the device management.
Method 3: If the network card, client and device management cannot find the device, please check whether the WIFI connection of the computer has the WIFI signal “DOIP-VCI-****” of the device, if not, there may be something wrong with your device, need to send it back for repair.
