If the Xhorse Bluetooth Digital Smart Key appears “the device is not allowed to be used in the current region!”, you can reset device and connect to device by iPhone/Android phone to solve this problem.
Check the detailed operation below.
1.Reset device
Press and hold the start button of Xhorse Bluetooth Smart Key for 20s
2.Connect to device by iPhone
Open Xhorse “SmartKey Box” App on the smartphone
Go to “Settings”-> “Device management”
Select the device to pair with your phone via Bluetooth
After the device is connected, click “Learn current phone”
Once the learning is successful, you can use the device normally.
Click “Complete”
Auto lock the car after Bluetooth disconnection
After all operations are completed, make sure your Xhorse Digital Smart Key shows “GL” version.

3.Reset device again, connect device by Android phone
Then the problem will be resolved.
