One of the BMW 3-series 07 has lost his car key and need to program another new key. Here is an example of programming his EWS3 key from EEPROM Dump with AK90 key programmer.
Tool needed:
AK90 key programmer/AK90+ auto key programmer K-LINE OD46J EWS3 Adapter New key (get cut)
NOTE: AK90 is out of production, it has upgraded to AK90+ Key programmer which share the same key programming procedures.
Disassemble the EWS ECU immo box under the dashboard on the driver’s side
Disassemble the ECU immo box, check the CPU IC number: OD46J
Scrape the insulating layer of the IC 0D46’s PIN, then connect BMW AK90/AK90+ auto key programmer to the pin of 0D46J
Connect AK90/AK90+ key programmer with vehicle, then open the software Select correct CPU type:0D46J to read EWS, then click “Save bin file”
Insert the new BMW 7935 into the AK90/AK90+ key
programmer slot Select Key number no used (Key0* NoUse) and chip type 7930/35, then click “Write Key” button

The system is writing key, turn ignition ON
AK90/AK90+ software will display write key successfully
prompt, insert another into the AK90 key programmer key slot, then select the
key number no used and turn ignition to ON position to program another key.

Exit the software program and disconnect the AK90/AK90+ EWS key pro with immo box. Test your car with new programmed key
