Customer problem:
I scanned QR with cellphone and it showed me successful. But when I tried to put it on, Lonsdor KH100+ tool showed error 6030. Password was 18 digit but tool is asking for 6 digit.
Already have an account I put my email then ask me for 6digit password but with the QR in cellphone give me error 6030.

The 6-digit password is the one you registered.
If you forget the password, you can access to http://u.lonsdor.com/auth/login?lang=en.
Click “Forgot password”
Enter your email address to get the verification code, and enter a new password with digit, then click “Submit”
Note: the Email address is the one you bind with your device.
After the password is reset, you can log in your KH100+ device normally
