One customer gave feedback that his Launch CRP919X BT appeared screen problem (as shown in the figures below). Our engineer determined that the screen cable was off, and suggested the customer to reinstall the cable with the following steps.
The solution:
- Remove screws from the rear shell.
- Remove the horn cable and remove the rear shell.
- Clean the compressed foam and acetate tape.
- Locate the cable socket and reconnect the screen cable.
- After testing the screen of X431 CRP919XBT/CRP919EBT scanner is normal, reassemble the equipment according to the disassembly sequence.
Then the screen will be normal.
