One of our customers registered his Vident iSmart800 Pro successfully. But when he wanted to update the software after registration, the systems appeared “Login failed” error (see the figure as below).
For this problem, our engineer asked him to offer the device SN for a check. After checking, the engineer found that the customer registered with his another Vident device account.
Therefore, the engineer offers the solution below.
- Don’t use any other Vident tool account for ismart800 Pro. One account (register email) can only be bound to one ismart800 Pro SN.
- Reset ismart 800 pro to factory setting and register again.
Tap Setting in the main menu
Then tap Reset Setting
Press OK when the system prompts “Press [Reset] button to reset all the settings. iSmart will restart after resetting.”
After restarting, tap iSmart on the home page
Tap Update and enter sign in page
Tap register and fill in the related available info to complete the registration process
After that, you can start to update OS software and car software on iSmart800 Pro Tablet.
