Lonsdor LT30-01 Toyota 4A Universal Smart Key is compatible with the Lonsdor K518 Pro and other K518 key programmers. It can be used for adding new keys or performing ‘all keys lost’ procedures for various Toyota models, including the Levin (2019-), Allion (2016-), Camry (2024-), Corolla (2019-), and Corolla Cross (2019-). This guide uses the 2024 Toyota Corolla as an example to demonstrate the ‘all keys lost’ process using the K518 Pro.
Step 1: Connect device and vehicle
Use the OBDII cable to connect the female port of Lonsdor Toyota FP30 Cable, connect the OBDII port of FP30 into the vehicle, and connect the another connector of OBDII cable to K518 PRO key programmer
Step 2: Select car model
Select Immo & Remote>> TOYOTA>> Select from type>> All smart key lost>> Type 3 (2022-)>> 4A
Step 3: Get key count
Select “Key count”
Switch the ignition on
The current key count is 2
Step 4: Backup IMMO data
Select “Backup Immo data”
Refer to the [Attention] before operation
1.Use the Toyota FP30 cable to connect PEPS case
2.Make sure the device is well connected to network before operation
During the use of this function, pls do not operate abnormally, or maliciously steal relevant data, otherwise this device will be locked and cannot be unlocked.
3.Turn the ignition on, if fails, turn on two flashing lights or cycle emergency flasher 2 times from “ON to OFF”
Enter the filename to save the data
Backup the immo data successfully. The file can be used to add key/delete key/generate emergency key (AKL)
After backup completed, pls roll back installation of PEPS case, connect well all connectors and plugs.
Step 5: Add smart key
Keep vehicle fully charged, in case of the faults caused by low battery power
Switch ignition on
Select “Load the read D-FLASH data of PEPS to acquire 12-bit PIN code”
Select the above BIN file (i.e. KLL.bin) saved in CUSTOMFILE directory, the file size supports 32K
The count of the registered keys is 2, and the count of the registered keys is 5.
Hold the registered key’s back closer to Start button, when buzzer beeps once, take the key away from the button
Operation is completed
The count of the registered keys is 3, and the count of the registered keys is 4.
Turn the ignition off, check if the key works properly, if it doesn’t have remote function, pls follow the prompts to operate
The lock and unlock functions of LT30 Smart Key and the original key work well
Switch the ignition ON
Hold a programmed smart key closer to Start button, then hear one beep
The new key programming is completed
Finally, start the engine, and test the smart function of the Lonsdor LT30 Universal Smart Key, works well.
Note: All keys lost and adding new keys are the same process.
