Some new models, require calculating PIN so as to add 8A smart key or use H0410C/H0440C to collect data to generate 8A key directly (free of PIN).

How to add new keys when all keys lost:
Preparation:
Lonsdor K518S/ K518ISE key programmer
Toyota 8A H0440C Software Authorization
Lonsdor 8A Universal Smart Key
Step-by-step guide:
Connect K518S/ K518ISE key programmer to the vehicle via OBD cable
Select Special functions>> Key settings>> FT smart key>> 8A>> Generate smart key
It prompts ‘This function requires internet connection’.
Click ‘OK’ to query server
Then put a key which can acquire data into K518 card slot
Click ‘OK’
Select PKE frequency
There are 5 options can be selected:
433.58/434.42MHz
314.35/315.10MHz
434.42/433.58MHz
314.00/315.10MHz
312.50/314.00MHz
click ‘OK
Follow the instruction on the screen to operate
- Take all keys outside the car
- Press car Start button
- Put a key (acquiring data) close to the button
- Wait for about 10s until the key’s light flashes
Note: If the light doesn’t flash, please press the button once again.
Put the key (acquiring data) back to K518 card slot, start to generate key
If the key position is too far from the card slot, if will prompt ‘No key (acquiring data) detected’. You should adjust the position and retry.
‘Do you have working key?’
-select ‘No’ and click ‘OK’
It will take about 2 minutes to generate the key, just keep patient.
