Lonsdor K518 series key programmers now add 4A B6 smart keys for 2025–2026 Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Follow this simple guide for setup rules, software paths, and costs.
Requirements & Costs
- Key Blank: New Lonsdor LT32 series keys are designed for 4A B6 systems.
- Software Activation: K518 Pro FCV users must activate Toyota/Lexus 8A/4A New Model Function License. K518 Pro Full Version includes this feature (active subscription required).
- Token Costs: Calculation costs35 credits per key addition, same as 8A B6 systems.
- Internet Connection: Keep your device online during calculation.
Programming Steps
Step 1: Connect K518 Pro key programmer to the vehicle OBD port and switch the ignition on.
Step 2: Go to: Immo & Remote -> Toyota -> Select from type -> PEPS -> Type 11 (CAN) (2025-) -> 2025- (4A B6).
Step 3: Run Back up IMMO data and save the security file first.
Step 4: Select Read key count to check active keys.
Step 5: Tap Add smart key and follow the screen instructions using your Lonsdor LT32 key.
Optional:
Use Register ECU and ID code box for module synchronization, or Delete smart key to remove lost keys.

2025+ Toyota/Lexus 4A-BA and 8A-BA key adding requires Lonsdor FP30 30-Pin cable, LT30 dedicated smart keys, 2025+ Toyota/Lexus 8A-B6 key adding requires FP30 cable and LT21-07 8A/B6 smart key. For all these models, adding a key consumes 35 credits each time.
