Part One. How to register Autel scan tool?
Method 1: Register tools in official website:
Step 1: Go to Autel official website and click “Create an Autel ID” https://pro.autel.com
Step 2: Complete the form remarked with “*” and click “Get verification code” to obtain a code and check your email for code.
Step 3: When the form is fully completed click Create an Autel ID.
Step 4: Sign in with the Autel ID you created https://pro.autel.com/
Step 5: Go to “Product Registration” to register Autel tools.
How to get the product serial number and password?
The serial number is a unique code assigned for identification of a single unit, and the register password guarantees your ownership.
To find out serial number and register password, please go to Settings/Setup -> About menu on your device screen.
Method 2: Register on Autel tool itself. (Tablets only)
Step 1: Register notification will pop up when logging into Maxisys->Update.
Click register to start registration process.
Step 2: Sign in with Autel ID and password.
Click OK when seeing “Log in” succeeded message.
Step 3: The SN and registration password will be extracted automatically.
Click “Register” for registration.
Step 4: Will see registration successful info and click “OK” to finish the whole process.
Method 3: Register the tool on APP (APP device only):
Step 1: Once sign in with Autel ID, will be at the Bind VCI screen.
Step 2: Click “scan” and “scan the QR code” on AP200 itself, then click “Bind”.
Note: APP devices can’t be registered in website.
Part Two. How to retrieve the password if you forget it?
Solution: contact your dealer to help you reset directly with the related verification code from you email.
Part Three: How to check Autel scanner car list?
- For Autel diagnostic tool (IM508, IM608, MaxiPro MP808TS, MaxiCOM MK908P, etc.)

Part Four: Autel scan tool update
Currently, there are no Total Care Program Cards (TCP) offered for Autel MaxiCOM MK808/ MaxiCheck MX808 (Item No. XNR-SS334), Autel Maxisys MK908P/MK908Sp/MY908/MS908CV (Item No.XNR-SS276 ) for upgrade, you need to provide the device serial number to your dealer to help upgrade. The TCP card can only be purchased at the promotion.
Part Five: What Autel tablet can change language?
- All MaxiCom MK906BT versions are free to change language, no further charges.
- MS906 supports minority language now. It can be changed with the serial number in the future.
- MaxiSys MS906 PRO, MS906BT, MaxiSys ultra, and MaxiSys MS908s Pro only support English, and do not support changing language.
- Autel MaxiSYS MS906TS supports languages: English, Simplified Chinese, German, Spanish, French, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Italian, Korean, Dutch, Swedish, Turkish, Hebrew, Arabic, Thai, and Vietnamese
- Autel IM508, IM608, IM608 Pro, KM100, MK808, MK808BT,MK808TS, DS808(K), MP808, MP808TS, MP808BT, MS906S, MK906 PRO,MK906PRO TS, MK908, MK908P, MaxiSys Elite II, Maxicom Ultra Lite support multi- language, You can change language by offering the related device serial number to our customer service for help.
