How to use Yanhua Mini ACDP-2 to add a new BMW FEM/BDC key on bench?
Yanhua FEM/BDC Module (Module 2) with license is required. Both ACDP-1 Module 2 and ACDP-2 Module 2 are available.
Connection:
Remove FEM/BDC module from vehicle, it’s generally located at the lower part of the A column at the front passenger side.
Plug FEM/BDC bench integrated interface board onto the FEM/BDC module, and then connect it to Mini ACDP 2. Also use the ACDP standard power adapter (voltage+ 12V, current > = 2.5A).

APP Operation:
Bind Yanhua ACDP-2 device and ACDP-II APP correctly
Select BMW >> FEM/BDC >> IMMO/ Mileage >> Mode 1: Add key >> FEM/BDC initial programming process >> Method 1: Automatic ICP programming (recommended)
Then follow the prompts to add a new key with the BMW working key.
Customer feedback:
I used the new ACDP-2 just received last week to add a FEM key, and it worked fine!
After connecting the device, interface board and FEM module, run the mini acdp app and select ACDP2 and related options, started to add a key.
Saved the data file.
But there was a problem occurred. It failed and gave with an error “Puncture socket: Wrong direction, please refer to the help documentation to reconnect!”
It turned out the old connection method will NOT WORK here. The Yanhua Mini ACDP 2 needs to use new connection method for key programming.
After re-connecting with new method, went ahead…
Preprocessing the FEM/BDC… The whole preprocess took 5-20 minutes.
Writing coding info…
Press “OK” to save data file.
Successful function execution
Then started to program key
Put the working key close to the key induction coil switch on power.
The key info was successfully read out.
The file can be exported to add new keys with ACDP 2.
Perfect!
