How to refresh CGDI K2 firmware?
- Open “CGDIK2_Install.exe”— the tool will automatically begin installing the K2 software.
- After installation is complete, you will see the prompt: “Installation successfully.”
Troubleshooting Abnormal Situations:
If after opening “CGDIK2_Install.exe,” the tool prompts “Device not connected or driver not installed,”
Follow the steps below to operate:
- First, check whether the CGDI K2 device is properly connected to the computer:
- Open “This PC”(or “My Computer”) and check if “CGDI K2” appears under devices.
- If the device is connected properly but the error persists:
- Disconnect the K2 device.
- Run “DriverInstall.exe”
Driver Installation Procedure:
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the driver installation.
- After clicking “Finish,”restart your computer.
- Then, repeat steps 1 and 2 to complete the CGDI K2 Key Tool
