I bought several sets of Vident iauto702 pro diagnostic tools. One set has no memory card data, so I download the data, it already turns on but it does not work. The serial number displays on the screen is different from the device. I get an authorization prompt “The vehicle program is not authorized. Please obtain the authorization!” as below.

Make sure the serial number in the application is the same as your device. Otherwise, it will prompt not authorized. Please check the serial number again and retry.
