How to Calculate the Rolling Code PIN from Lonsdor?
To prevent fraud and confirm an authentic All Keys Lost situation, Lonsdor requires an on-site video when you submit your calculation request.
When filming the video, make sure to clearly show these 3 crucial details:
- The Instrument Cluster:The dashboard cluster must remain completely unlit.
- The Center Console:The screen/console must show that the car is entirely inactive (proving it’s an AKL scenario).
- The OBD Port:Only Lonsdor K518 device should be connected to the OBD port. Make sure no other data-logging or collection tools are plugged in.
The Process:
Complete your payment, extract the rolling code using your K518 key programmer, and send the code to your distributor/Lonsdor engineer. They will calculate the PIN code and send it back to you.
