Here comes with two new test reports of OBDSTAR DC706 ECU Tool. It reads and writes VW DQ500 and DQ380 TCM on bench perfectly.
Preparation:
VW Continental DQ500 TC1766
VW BOSCH DQ380
OBDSTAR P004 Adapter and Jumper Airbag Reset Kit
Main cable
Read and write VW Continental DQ500 TC1766:
Supply power to DC706 tablet
Tap ECU Flasher>> All>> TCM>> TCM V30.09>> VW CONTINENTAL DQ500 TC1766 (BENCH)
Follow the Pinout to connect DC706 and VW TCM with P004 adapter& jumper and main cable
Tap “Start” to enter read/write interface
Tap “Connect” to connect the server
Switch ignition off, and then press the switch button on OBDSTAR P004 adapter (turn the ignition on)
Connect ECU successfully
Read MAPS, INT eeprom and all data- all are ok
Write MAPS, INT eeprom and all data- all are ok
Disconnect and switch the ignition off.
Read and write VW BOSCH DQ380:
Supply power to DC706 tablet
Tap ECU Flasher>> All>> TCM>> TCM V30.09>> VW BOSCH DQ380 (BENCH)
Follow the Pinout to connect DC706 and VW TCM with P004 adapter& jumper and main cable
Tap “Start” to enter read/write interface
Tap “Connect” to connect the server
Switch ignition off, and then press the switch button on OBDSTAR P004 adapter (turn the ignition on)
Connect ECU successfully
Then select the corresponding function to perform MAPS/INT EEPROM/INT Flash read/write operation.
All work fine!
Finally, disconnect and switch the ignition off.
