How to make renewal card work?
1.Purchase one or two year update service depending on your need.
After you place an order and check out, please provide your device serial number to our customer service.
2.We will open one/two year update authorization for you.
3.The Launch technician will open the update service online, no need shipment.
4.Then you can activate renewal card yourself with the following steps.
Open X431 Launch APP, tap “Software Update” on the main menu
Select Renewals>> Use Renewal Card>> Renew standard software configuration
Click “Confirm” at the right corner
Input 24-digit subscription renewal card activation code manually
When it shows “Paid successfully”, then you use it normally.
How to check the status of your subscription and find out when it expires?
Make sure you have an internet connection and a Launch X431 account and be logged in to the Launch X431 APP.
Open Launch X431 application and click “Login” at the upper right corner.
If you can’t see the login button, it means you’ve already logged in on the app.
Log in with your account username and password
After a successful login, click User Info>> Profile>> Upgrade Period>> Free upgrade due date
Then you can see the subscription expiration time.
