OBDSTAR DC706 reads and writes EEPROM/dflash and flash data on Ford LEAR MC9S12XEP768 by bench perfectly. Only need OBDSTAR P004 Adapter, P004 ECU Clone Jumper and main cable.
Operation process:
Supply power to DC706 tablet and keep charging and communication during the operation
Tap ECU Flasher>> All>> BODY/OTHER>> BODY/OTHER V30.12>> FORD>> FORD BCM LEAR MC9S12XEP768 (BENCH)
Follow the Pinout in the tablet to connect DC706 and Ford BCMV with P004 adapter& jumper and main cable
After the harness connection is completed, tap “Start” to enter read/write interface
Tap “Connect” to connect the server
Switch ignition off, and then press the switch button on OBDSTAR P004 adapter (turn the ignition on)
Connect ECU successfully
Then select the corresponding function to perform read and write operations
Read and save Dflash and flash (MC9S12XEP768) data separately, all are ok.
Disconnect OBDSTAR DC706 ECU Tool and the original BCM, and connect to a new Ford BCM
Then select the original dflash and flash (MC9S12XEP768) data to write into the new BCM
All work fine!
Disconnect and switch the ignition off
