How to do HONDA ACURA all keys lost proximity key programming with use OBDSTAR X300 DP Plus (Key Master DP Plus) via OBD?
It’s easy to operate with the device tips. This function is available by connecting to server. Make sure the internet connection is normal during the operation.
Connect X300 DP Plus to the HONDA ACURA OBD port via OBD cable
Select CAR IMMO>> Asia>> HONDA ACURA>> HONDA ACURA latest software version
Then select HONDA>> Manual Select Model>> ASIS>> CIVIC>> PROXIMITY>> BUTTON>> TYPE 3 (2019-) (depending on your car type)
Double-click the start button, ignition is still off, click “Esc” (if the ignition is on, pls click “Enter”)
Press and hold the Start button until the ignition on
Click “All smart keys lost”
Read the programming conditions carefully, and click “Enter”
The function will erase all the keys, click “Enter” to continue
Strictly follow the device tips to complete the programming process
Turn off ignition
Place an original proximity key in the vehicle
Remove all proximity keys in the vehicle
Double-click the start button, check if the ignition can be switched on
Press and hold the start button
The ignition is turned on, please release the engine start/stop button
Confirm if it is a new model (generally refer to models of 2020 and later)
Input the smart key number you want to register
Take out all the registered proximity keys from the vehicle (make sure they are two meters away from the vehicle)
Only take one new smart key into the vehicle. Othwise, the key programming may fail.
Register the first smart key successfully
Turn off the ignition
Confirm if the indicator of the smart key and immobilizer device is off or not
The immo indicator is off, click “Enter” to continue
Turn off the ignition… then on
Register the second smart key successfully
Turn off the ignition
Turn on the ignition again
Check “Key Quantity”, now 2 keys are registered in ECM/PCM.
