When you add the keys for the BMW BDC2 module by Yanhua Mini ACDP/ACDP2 with Module 38, if the device power outage, disconnection or other anomalies occur during obtain keys data, it may cause BMW BDC2 module system info abnormal and loss of version or coding. In this case, the system can be repaired through the programming repair system.
Repair process:
Connect the Yanhua ACDP2/ACDP device to the BDC2 module via Module 38 BDC2 ICP interface board correctly
Click “Programming restore system” to initiate the repair process.
Click “Step 2: Update BDC2 system”
Pay attention to prompts and continue
Identify the system info successfully
Based on the car info identified in the initial operation, locate the original version.
Here takes version 108.020.020 as an example
Keep the network open during the process of getting data, click “OK”
Make sure the stable power supply and DO NOT pull out the device during the programming.
Click “Continue”
System data programming is in progress…
System programming completed. Click “OK”
Click “Step 3. Write coding data”
Select coding data
When selecting a file named coding bin, please first verify the files timestamp and car (VIN) info.
Write coding data successfully
Finally, identify vehicle info. again
When the car info identification page shows that the system and coding are normal, it indicates that the repair is completed.
Now you can continue to execute the previously unfinished operation process using Yanhua ACDP2 with Module 38.
