How to check your subscription status and find out when it expires on Launch X431 tablet?
i.e: Launch X431 V+ 5.0 (PRO3)
The operation guide applies to all X431 tablets.
STEP 1:
Make sure you have connected internet on the device, and have a Launch X431 account logged in to the Launch X431 APP.
STEP 2:
Open the Launch X431 application and click “Login” in the upper right corner.
If you can’t see the login button, it means you’ve already logged in on the app.
STEP 3:
Input your account username and password
Click “LOGIN”
STEP 4:
Click “User Info” on the main menu
STEP 5:
Click “Profile” on the left side, and it will show your personal info
STEP 6:
Click “Upgrade Period” on the right side
STEP 7:
Check the expiration date of your X431 tool in the “Free upgrade due date” line
For example: the device subscription here will end on December 15, 2022.
How to update Launch X431 software subscription?
If your X431 software subscription expires, when you update software, it will prompt you “Your subscription has expired. You cannot download a new version of the software at this time…”
